Bug-Free Place In Oregon
Sisters: Low humidity, dry summers, and lack of standing water make this bug-free place a fabulous place to visit. While here, you could do an all-day hike on Sister Mountain, go for a swim at Suttle Lake, or even stroll around beautiful Main Street located downtown.
Bandon: Mosquitoes are few and far between near the salty seas of Bandon. We recommend visiting the Bandon State Natural Area, strolling through the town, and perusing the many boutiques. Bandon Beach is also a fantastic place to see wildlife and track critters in the tidepools.
Portland: If visiting Portland, you should take advantage of the outdoors with a trip to the Portland Japanese Garden. You’ll see beautiful cherry blossoms, lovely maple trees, small streams and ponds teaming with koi, bright lanterns, temples, lush surroundings, and traditional houses.
