In terms of looks, we think the Crater Lake Lodge offers one of the best views in the U.S. It’s the only accommodation within the park’s borders, so you don’t have to worry about long car rides to get to and from the park when you feel like exploring.

Open from May to October, make sure to book a room with a lake view. During the day you can go swimming, fishing, hiking or just enjoying a pleasant walk around the lake. Feeling hungry? Have dinner in the lodge’s iconic dining room.
