Hanging Lake is situated in Glenwood Canyon, approximately seven miles east of Glenwood Springs. If you’re living near, it would be a shame not to visit this lake. Hanging Lake is literally an emerald green oasis. Each angle of this stunning place is camera-worthy.
To get into the heart of Glenwood Canyon, where the lake is located, you’ll have to walk three miles from Glenwood Springs; however, the trail itself offers amazing scenery that is picture-postcard perfect.
