TAPZUID – The local craft beer scene is alive and kicking at TapZuid, a Brooklyn style bar and restaurant that serves beers from all of Amsterdam’s 35 craft breweries. Since opening its doors in 2015 the bar quickly turned into a neighborhood hotspot, attracting both beer aficionados and trendy twenty-somethings. Whether you’re into craft brewing or looking for a non-touristy place to hang out and enjoy the excellent local cuisine, TapZuid will not disappoint. The generously sized homemade burgers and sun-soaked terrace make it a NYT favorite.

‘T PAKHUIS – STEAKS & RIBS – Since 1975, Eetcafe ‘t Pakhuis has been synonymous with that cosy and characteristic Amsterdam atmosphere where just about anyone will feel at home – from locals to tourists alike. Come here to enjoy a beer with one of the many delicious appetisers in their genuinely styled ‘brown cafe’, or to have lunch or dinner. The menu features many traditionally Dutch choices such as pancakes, bitterballen and uitsmijters (slices of bread topped with ham or bacon, cheese and fried eggs)!

BUBBLES & WINES – In one of the quaintest streets of Amsterdam, and only one-minute-walk distance from the famous Dam Square, you will find wine – and Champagne bar Bubbles & Wines. In a modern, intimate chocolate brown ambiance you can enjoy more than 55 wines by the glass (including several sparkling) and over 500 by the bottle. The specialties are the “wine flights”, three half glasses from one grape variety but from different wine regions. Make nice matches with the Gourmet Bites or just come in for a glass of Champagne, Pinot Grigio or Pinot Noir. The professional staff will help you out choosing your wine and matching Bites.

VANDAAG – Vandaag welcomes you to the largest international cuisine buffet in the Netherlands. From Oriental to Italian, from seafood to charcuterie, from cheese boards to huge chocolate fountains. A parade of more than 100 luxurious, homemade dishes made with high-quality ingredients, enjoy unlimited of seven different world cuisines. According to the principles of ‘all-in cuisine’, you pay a fixed price (which starts at €22.50) to enjoy an unlimited number of dishes, drinks and pastries. Beer and wine included. Other alcoholic beverages are available at a friendly price. On Sunday there is an extensive brunch package tor €22.50. Children are warmly welcomed and will enjoy our kids’ comer, bake cookies or dinner at the child-sized kids’ buffet. The restaurant is right across from the RAI and easily accessible by public transport.

MO-JO JAPANESE KITCHEN – An absolute hotspot for devoted sushi lovers: restaurant Mo-Jo Japanese Kitchen – a unique blend of Japanese cuisine and elegant design. For a fixed price, starting at €26.50, you may enjoy an unlimited number of home-made Japanese delicacies including sparklingly fresh sushi, light and crisp tempura, and numerous other classic and sizzling grill dishes. Or to order your favorites individually; opt for a la carte. The extensive sake & wine list includes a selection of beautiful yet moderately priced sakes and wines. During lunchtime, the menu serves bento boxes tor €12.50 or the unlimited Japanese lunch for €19.50. Mo-Jo Japanese Kitchen is situated just a five minute walk from the Amsterdam Central Station and has floor-to-ceiling glass that offers unparalleled panoramic views of the Oosterdok and the old centre of Amsterdam.

REM EILAND – REM eiland (island) is a former offshore platform built in the 70s in Ireland. From there it was towed to the Dutch coast to broadcast (then illegal) commercial radio and TV. Years later it was towed again, converted into a restaurant and got a destination in Amsterdam, the Houthavens area. When entering deck 2 you will find the bar area, the chef’s table and the open kitchen. The restaurant area is on deck 3, the former heliplatform. Looking for some fresh air and an almost 360 degree view? Then the rooftop bar is the place to be. It is a real adventure. What was once an illegal TV station, is now a restaurant with several floors and a rooftop bar, all with an amazing view. And what a view, what a climb and what a story! REM eiland restaurant is open 7 days a week from 12:00 for coffee, lunch, drinks and dinner.

PONT 13 – Escape the bustle of downtown and enjoy the water view at the old ferry that is turned into a restaurant. Pont 13 has a robust and especially cosy atmosphere where the service is relaxed and cheerful. The meat and fish dishes are prepared on a real charcoal grill. At the Pont 13 terrace it feels like a wonderful holiday destination when you are enjoying a delicious special beer in the sunshine while you watch the boats passing by on the IJ. No sunshine? Enjoy the cosy interior of the Pont with its rugged and industrial character where many parts of the old ferry have been incorporated. Te old engine room can be booked separately for meetings and presentations and the entire Pont 13 can be booked for private events such as parties, corporate events and weddings being an official wedding location. Pont 13 offers the possibility to rent boats as well.

On our menu you will find local, sustainably produced ingredients of the highest quality.

LA PURETE COFFEE – La Purete is a bright and friendly coffee house located in the heart of Amsterdam, specialising in organic Arabica coffee beans imported from Vietnam. LUCIUS SEAFOOD – For more than 40 years Lucius Seafood restaurant, in the heart of Amsterdam, has been a reliable address for the true gourmets who love seafood.
