Havasu Falls, Arizona

Located within the Havasupai Indian Reservation, the magical blue-green waters of the secluded Havasu Falls draw thousands of spiritual seekers and photographers each year.

It’s the most visited of the numerous falls along Havasu Creek and is composed of a 100-foot chute of water falling into some of the most pristine bluest waters you’ll ever see.

The pools are an enticing aquamarine color because of the high calcium carbonate concentration, so diving into them is a highlight of the trek for many tourists. The best time to hike Havasu Falls is in March-April, October-November, or early spring and late fall.

It’s a profoundly soulful place that’s also incredibly picturesque. Just keep in mind that permit reservations are required for all hikers and campers.
