Things are constantly sizzling in the Miami area, where Latin beats and eats swirl in an Art Deco lover’s dream. South Beach is the spot for laying in the sun all day on the white sand and hopping from restaurants to clubs throughout the night. The active, touristy strip of Ocean Drive has been closed off to cars and converted into a pedestrian-only area.
It’s allowed restaurants to take over sidewalks, spill onto the street, and give rollerbladers and cyclists the perfect space to cruise safely. Art Basel Miami offers a swirl of creative installations, parties, and intellectualism for the true lovers of art.
I grew up in a small town, Manitowoc,Wisconsin population about 33,000, so I had a chance and I moved to Milwaukee. I loved the Big city for the architecture and things to do; that was important when I was younger. I never really visited Chicago. I have gone to the museum to see the traveling exhibit of Tutoncomen(?) I have always wanted to visit Chicago though! But being a Milwaukee Brewers Fan persisted mostly that I not visit places of any team that played against mine. Maybe too it was just nerves of visiting a larger city and not knowing my way around.
What about San Francisco? I would put that above LA and NYC anytime!

Charleston, Savanah? Yes. Miami? maybe. YOU can keep the rest
New York, LA, and Chicago all should never be allowed to be associated with beauty for all that they have is old money wasting away. Their policies don’t change and certainly don’t work so instead of being a place to go and want to explore for the history of the city, too many people are lured to these cities because of the glamour of the possibility to be on camera. If the Networks or Big Businesses were to move away from these places they would dry up almost.
