Pao by Paul Qui
Located at Faena Miami Beach, the city’s coolest new luxury hotel, Pao is James Beard Award–winning chef Paul Qui’s take on modern Asian cuisine in an incomparable ocean view setting, with a Damien Hirst statue dominating the dining room.
Quinto La Huella
The East Miami hotel’s restaurant—set to open in the coming weeks—uses a unique fire cooking technique from Uruguay, where the owner’s original eatery is located. In addition to the mud oven hearths, there will be a sushi bar to convey the closeness of the sea, with fresh decor to match.
This elegant eatery takes its name from the 27 regions of France from which all the ingredients used in its kitchen originate. The reinvented Parisian brasserie is housed in a stunning wood walled space. Try the tower of chilled shellfish, which includes Alaskan king crab legs, colossal stone crabs, oysters and clams.
